• Screen burn-in, image burn-in, ghost image, or shadow image, discoloration, lighting or colors across the screen when powered on.

• Selecting an inaccurate condition on your order. 

• Visible signs of wear including deep scratches and/or dents on the outside of the device but does not affect functionality of the device.

• Mobile Device Management locks (MDM).
